Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with us.
Noosa Heads Private Transfers is a Queensland-owned and operated family business specialising in private passenger transport across the Noosa region and beyond. We have extensive experience servicing the Sunshine Coast and operating in South East Queensland.
All prices quoted for our services are all-inclusive and cover any relevant tolls, fees and surcharges applicable to your transfer. There are no hidden costs — the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Baby seats, infant capsules and child booster seats are available at no extra charge. However, you must specify your requirements at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability of a particular seat type if requested on the day.
If you arrive before your scheduled pick-up time, we may not be able to meet you immediately due to prior confirmed bookings. In such cases, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable meeting point at your original scheduled pick-up time.
Each booking includes a complimentary wait time period as outlined below. Once the included wait time has passed, we will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided at booking.

Quoted rates are for direct, point-to-point transfers. Any additional stops must be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking. Unplanned stops on the day are subject to availability and will be charged at $25 per 15 minutes of additional waiting time.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

If the customer fails to appear at the designated pick-up location and time, misses their flight, or arranges alternative transport without prior contact with us, the booking will be classified as a no-show.
No refund or credit is available in the event of a no-show. A new booking may be made subject to availability.
Noosa Heads Private Transfers accepts no liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, mechanical breakdown, road closures or acts of nature. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any delay as early as possible.
Passengers travel at their own risk. We carry full public liability insurance as required under Queensland law.
